Rotary Ball Valve-Strandard Side-Mounted Structure

Stem and ball assembly are installed and disassembled from the side of the valve body. Eccentric design is adopted between the ball and seat, with an offset between the rotation center and geometric center of the ball, and the seat adopts a compensating sealing structure.During opening, the ball quickly disengages from the seat to avoid friction loss. During closing, the ball gradually compresses the seat under eccentric action, and the sea trealizes tight bidirectional sealing through self-compensation, ensuring zero leakage, significantly reducing operating torque and extending service life of sealing parts. The seat can automatically adjust sealing status when worn or under pressure change.
